Stress is a very personal situation, different things effect people in very different ways. We can help you find the best coping mechanisms for you and help you find ways to implement them into your life to help process stress before it become overwhelming.

Everyone has stress in their lives, it’s normal.  It’s also very normal to need help when stress starts to build up and effect your life and the lives of those around you.  We can help you not only find the best ways for you to manage your stress, but we work with you to get a better understanding of where your stress is coming from.

We want to help ease your stress, not make it worse. We want you to be comfortable, that’s why we schedule your session in an environment that leaves you free to get things off your chest.  A walk, the park, a coffee shop or yes, even a drink.  We will work with you to find your comfort zone.

Stress Management services are available in 30 and 60 min sessions.  The location for your service will be decided during your post booking phone call.
